وفقاً لقواعد منصة Meta وقوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها، يحق لك في أي وقت طلب الحذف الكامل والنهائي لكافة البيانات الشخصية وسجلات المحادثات التي عالجتها منصة Hubble عنك.
1. كيفية تقديم طلب حذف البيانات
يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت عبر إرسال بريد إلكتروني مباشر إلى فريق حماية البيانات:
أرسل بريداً إلى hesham.barakat@hig-dev.com بعنوان "طلب حذف بيانات".
- اذكر اسمك المعروض على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام، أو رقم هاتفك/الواتساب الذي راسلتنا منه.
- اذكر اسم الصفحة أو القناة التي تواصلت معها.
- سنتحقق من هويتك ونحذف بياناتك من أنظمتنا خلال 30 يومًا، ونؤكد لك بالبريد الإلكتروني فور اكتمال الحذف.
2. إزالة التطبيق يدوياً من حسابك على فيسبوك
إذا كنت قد ربطت حسابك أو صفحتك مسبقاً، يمكنك إيقاف الوصول في أي وقت عبر الخطوات الآتية:
- افتح تطبيق فيسبوك أو موقع Facebook وتوجه إلى الإعدادات والخصوصية (Settings & Privacy).
- اختر الإعدادات (Settings) ثم انتقل إلى قسم الأذونات (Permissions) واضغط على التطبيقات ومواقع الويب (Apps and Websites).
- ابحث عن تطبيق Hubble في قائمة التطبيقات النشطة واضغط على إزالة (Remove).
- بمجرد الإزالة، يتوقف وصول التطبيق إلى أي بيانات جديدة لحسابك فورياً.
3. ما هي البيانات التي يتم حذفها نهائياً؟
عند تأكيد طلبك، نقوم بالحذف الجذري للبيانات الآتية من قواعد بياناتنا النشطة، بينما تنتهي صلاحية النسخ الاحتياطية تلقائيًا خلال مدة دورانها:
- نصوص كافة الرسائل والتعليقات المتبادلة الواردة والصادرة.
- الاسم المعرف، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني المسجل.
- بيانات الاستمارات الإعلانية (Lead Ad Form Answers) وسجلات الاهتمامات.
- المعرف الرقمي المشفر (Platform User ID / Scoped ID).
4. المدة الزمنية للتنفيذ وتأكيد الحذف
يتم التحقق من الطلب وحذف البيانات بالكامل خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، مع إرسال إشعار تأكيد رسمي عبر البريد الإلكتروني يفيد باكتمال عملية الحذف.
In accordance with Meta Platform Rules, applicable data protection laws, and consumer privacy guidelines, you hold the unequivocal right to request the permanent deletion of any personal data, messages, or interaction records stored or processed by Hubble.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by sending an email directly to our data protection team:
Send an email to hesham.barakat@hig-dev.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Include your display name on Facebook or Instagram, or the phone number you messaged from.
- Include the name of the Page or channel you contacted.
- We will verify your identity, delete your data from our systems within 30 days, and confirm completion via email.
2. Disconnecting Hubble from Your Facebook Account
To revoke application access directly within Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook profile or page and select Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Navigate to the Permissions section and click Apps and Websites.
- Locate Hubble in the active app list and click Remove.
- This terminates all subsequent data reception by our systems.
3. Categories of Data Deleted
Upon verification, we permanently purge from active production systems (while backup copies expire automatically according to their standard retention cycle):
- All inbound and outbound message texts, notes, and comments.
- Associated phone numbers, WhatsApp identifiers, and email records.
- Lead form responses and survey answers.
- Platform-scoped user IDs (PSID) and metadata logs.
4. Execution Timeline & Confirmation
Verified deletion requests are completely executed within 30 days. A confirmation email is dispatched once data deletion is completed.
