Welcome to Hubble. By accessing or using the platform, services, or associated software applications provided by HIG Development ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services are provided to business clients under a commercial subscription agreement.

1. Acceptable and Authorized Use

• Authorized Operations: You agree to use Hubble solely for legitimate business operations using accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram profiles, and WhatsApp numbers you own or are legally authorized to operate.
• Messaging Compliance: Clients must message only people who have consented or have an existing relationship with the business (such as submitting an ad form or messaging the Page), and comply with Meta/WhatsApp policies and data-protection laws, and honor opt-out requests immediately.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of all messages, commercial offers, and media distributed through your channels.

2. Third-Party Integrations and Platform Policies

Hubble integrates with official APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC. Clients acknowledge that third-party platforms govern their respective services independently. Hubble is not liable for any account restrictions, messaging tier limitations, or policy actions imposed by Meta resulting from client non-compliance with Meta Commercial Terms.

3. AI Assistant and Automation Supervision

The platform provides generative AI tools to assist in lead qualification. Client administrators remain responsible for reviewing and updating their property knowledge bases and ensuring automated responses reflect accurate, authorized terms.

4. Data Ownership and Confidentiality

Client businesses retain complete intellectual property and legal ownership of their customer data. We treat client records with strict multi-tenant database isolation. For detailed processing principles, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Suspension, Termination, and Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Hubble is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Liability is limited to the fees paid under the prevailing commercial subscription agreement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
