HIG Development ("we", "us", or "our") operates Hubble, an enterprise marketing automation and sales inbox software platform that enables client businesses to manage conversations, leads, and inquiries from their authorized Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business Cloud accounts, and Meta Lead Ads within a single, secure workspace.

1. Information We Collect and Process

• Client Staff Information: Name, work email address, encrypted access credentials, role-based access permissions, and session timestamps.
• Client Customers (End-Users messaging connected Pages): Public display name, platform-scoped user ID (PSID), phone number or WhatsApp number (if willingly submitted), inbound/outbound message and comment text, and submitted Meta Lead Ad form fields.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, device type, user agent, and security audit logs utilized strictly for fraud prevention, authorization verification, and platform integrity.

2. Source and Purposes of Data Processing

Data is ingested exclusively via official Meta Graph APIs and WhatsApp Business Cloud API under explicit client authorization. We process this information strictly for the following operational purposes:

• Presenting conversations in real-time in the unified inbox for client sales agents.
• Facilitating automated, customer-approved AI replies based exclusively on client-configured knowledge bases.
• Populating customer relationship management (CRM) pipelines and alerting designated sales representatives.
• Strict Non-Sale & Isolation Policy: We never sell, monetize, broker, or profile personal data. Each tenant's data is strictly isolated using database-level Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

When automated messaging or the AI assistant is activated, conversation text may be processed via Google Gemini API to generate responses and extract customer inquiry details. Data is not used for external advertising purposes.

4. Security Standards

We apply technical and organizational security measures including data encryption, tenant data isolation, role-based access controls, and audit logging to protect personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Hosting and Infrastructure Processors

The platform operates on dedicated virtual private servers (Hostinger Cloud Infrastructure) under standard data processing terms that ensure high availability and compliance.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only for the active duration of the client business subscription. Upon contract termination or upon receipt of a valid deletion request, data is permanently scrubbed within 30 days, while backup copies expire automatically according to their standard retention cycle. 7. User Rights and Revocation

Under applicable data protection guidelines, users hold the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal records. Users can also disconnect our application permissions at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Hubble.
